Jiangyin has been the main production site for The client Engineering Plastics in Asia for the past ten years. With its rapid market growth, The client had further invested tens of millions of US$ in its Jiangyin plant，to build new production line producing Akulon polyamide 6 (PA6).
To support the client rapidly increasing production, YATFAI provides the client with factory detached material and finished goods warehousing services in Jiangyin EDZ. Thanks to factory-link transport system, YATFAI takes the client’s finished products off from production line to YATFAI Logistics Centre within half an hour, and is capable to rapidly respond to the client material request in less than 2 hours. YATFAI Logistics Center is equipped with a 4-tier heavy duty racking system and is managed by a state-of-the-art WMS system. Currently YATFAI manages over 10,000 pallet-equivalent storage including raw material and finished goods.
